On the Set-up of Local Documentary Database Retrieval System

Abstract  

Database retrieval system is an important part of local documentary database. Whether or no the system is effective determines the equality of the database. According to the characteristics of local documents and their users this article is designed to set up “breakdown system of classification”, “breakdown system of placenames classification” and “breakdown system of writing forms classification” so that readers may make good use of the database.
