A Study on the Specification of WSCAF

This paper describes the importance of the WSCAF in the digital library service description specification, and then does the research on the background and technical framework of WSCAF. Based on the research, the paper analyses the application of WSCAF in the digital library and tables a proposal to the application. At last, the un-touched and advanced researches related to WSCAF in the digital library are listed out in the paper.
