The Knowledge of Self-creation and Group Innovation Based on Wiki

This paper talks about the Internet hot spot——Wiki which bases on the Web2.0, and illustrates the knowledge creation process through the Wiki technology. Applies the Brooks formula to contrast the information and knowledge, analyzes the knowledge creation and knowledge innovation systematically. Then puts forward some suggestions to avoid disadvantage effect about wiki that is possible to be misused as other technology.
