Design and Implementation of Visualization System of Patent Family

Abstract  This paper studies the visualization method of patent family which is transformed into tree structure,then puts formard two visualization methods including country mode and priority mode.Then a patent family visualization system is designed and implemented,and its technical idea,basic framework,main functions and key technologies are elaborated.At last, an empirical illustration about Apple's touch screen patent is proposed.
