3D Virtual Scene Simulation and Its Application to DL on Internet

Abstract  

This paper describes 3Dimensional virtual scene design by using Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) based on Internet. The design method is not only essential to the visualization for normal information but is more important to the realization of interactive virtual digital library in practical use on Internet.
