Design and Implementation of Service Quality Evaluation System

The authors firstly summarize the development status of library service quality evaluation in universities. Then based on the LibQUAL+TM  and the practice of service quality evaluation system, this paper introduces the system method on evaluating the service quality of library from the aspects such as design ideas, system function, technology implementation. It can offer a reference in the work of service quality evaluation for library.
