This paper represents the relationships between frames in FrameNet, and has detailed the relations which consists of Subframe, Perspective_on,Inheritance, Precedes,SeeAlso, Using, Inchoativeof and Causative-of relations, to provide a reference for the construction of Chinese Legal Framenet Onotology.
In view of deficiencies about coverage of the vocabulary, semantic parsing and reasoning existing in Chinese FrameNet(CFN) Ontology, this paper, based on full analysis of its structure, integrates with another two knowledge bases—VerbNet and WordNet to enhance the width and depth of CFN Ontology, and achieves the goal of constructing a powerful CFN Ontology knowledge base.
According to the principle of frame semantics, this paper realizes semantic analysis on question sentence based on the work of constructing a question sentence analysis oriented semantic frame which is called Q frame. The thought of design is as follows: Firstly, identify the target words of different type of question sentences on the basis of Chinese syntactic dependency relation. Secondly, implement the Q frame semantics analysis of question sentences by method of schema matching. Thirdly, the frame semantic annotation to question sentences is completed through mapping relations. Finally, question focus and question type of sentences are identified.
This paper concerns on the habits about information accessing on the Internet and seeks to make a general study on the basic language phenomenon in the Web searching, its cognition and it usage. The authors mainly use Web questionnaire survey, compare with the results from controlled experiment and come to the conclusion on Web2.0 tagging, classified language and its arrangement while browsing, source and type of search terms, and relevant terms recommended by the system. Tag has already played an important role in Web2.0. Users rely greatly on classified language while browsing and have a strong recognition while searching. Highly specific terms perform better in Web searching. All these characters would help improve all kinds of Web accessing service.
From relevant international standards, an evidence management conceptual framework is generalized in this paper for disputes resolution in electronic commerce transaction. The basic flow and generic models of evidence management in the framework are classified according to Trusted Third Party(TTP) involved and cryptography. The framework can define the generation, record, transfer and verification of evidence about the occurrence of an e-commerce event, and the retrieval of this evidence if disputes arise later on.

The CRF model can use the features of documents more sufficiently and effectively. Keywords extraction based on CRF is proposed and implemented. The factors affecting the performance of the CRF-based keyword extraction model are analyzed. The factors include: the performance of text segmentation, the scale of training corpus, the number of figure and the parameters setting of the CRF model.

On the basis of analyzing the characteristic of the MARC data stored in the relation database, this paper proposes a kind of designing scheme of a MARC data mirror system. When the destination database replicats the MARC data from the source database, by introducing the file transfer server, this scheme transforms the remote operation to the local operation, changes the record synchronization into the network file transfer, and makes the replication of the MARC data between source and destination be more reliable, more effective and more applicable.
Based on analysis of the traditional Web Crawlers’ searching mechanics,this paper combines the tunneling and Web page division with Web Crawler’s searching strategy. Then a dynamic tunneling Web Crawler’s searching algorithm is proposed. Experiments in four university Websites are carried out in allusion to “education resources”, and results show that the new algorithm outperforms two standard crawlers for focused crawling.

By introducing a new function, the concept of quasi-entropy weight is given, the method of quasi-entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed to overcome the shortcoming of large computation load on entropy weight of the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of readers’ satisfaction degree. Calculation steps are given, with which the calculation quantity of getting the ratio in the entropy weight method is remarkably reduced. Finally, the computer-aided solution is realized by using MATLAB programming. An example demonstrates that the method is simple and applicable, and the evaluation results are more precise by using the method.
