After analyzing some problems with digital library services, this paper puts forward the necessity of integrative services, and introduces the design and implementation of integrative service system. The detailed implementation of this system，which includes the mechanism of knowledgebasebased service navigation and OpenURL-based document delivery is also explained．

Then using an open disciplinary repository for environmental and ecological sciences as an example, it presents a framewotk for building a disciplinary repository depending mainly on ways of self-archiving and open harvesting. Lastly, it discusses major issues involving in the process of implementing the framework using DSpace.
This paper proposes a novel software architecture for Ontology repository to support share of semantic information in a large open enterprise environment. The system is an implementation of a loose couple to allow agents and users to access and manipulate Ontologies through document-centric SOAP Web services. Key features of the system include the use of Ontology Web Service (OWS) to encapsulate the Ontology-manipulation functionalities, the support for smooth transformation of concept and the automatic check for Ontology integrity. Experiments show that the feasibility in supporting intelligent information processing.
This paper discusses on some common factors effecting ranking of search engine: keyword frequency and keyword position, and users’ behavior and links between Web pages and etc. On the basis of above discussion, proposes topic relativity for the ranking algorithm of specific search engine and experimented on Basic Education Search Engine. The experiment results show that the ranking algorithm which reasonably applying topic relativity has high performance in improving quality of the result of searching.

This paper introduces an intelligent meta-search engine system based on XML and Agent. Regarding Agent as systematicbasic module, the system adopts the structure of meta-search engine, and utilizes autonomy and synergy of Agent to finish the user’s personalized information search. Using XML and XSL in the structured information expression aspect with in the information display and the conversion aspect merit, respectively, the system implements the meta-search engine’s scalability as well as the search result personalization output. Finally, discusses the application of XML and XSL in the query request and the transformation of search results as well as the communication among Agent based on XML.

Aiming at this information moving process, applies comprehensive information theory, analyzes the meaning and levels of “click stream” information , and proposes the moving process model of “click stream” information(the principle model of electronic commerce Web page prefeching), then expounds the approach system of Web page prefetching and future work based on comprehensive information.

This paper gives an overview of the XBRL research based on the analysis of the representative studies in literature carried out in China and abroad since 2000. Eight topics from abroad are discussed together with five topics from China. These studies on XBRL are evaluated concerning their achievements and the still existing problems and challenges as well. This paper proposes a synthesis priority evaluation model of choosing books. Firstly, the algorithm designs the evaluation process frame and three kinds of book demand models. Then, the variation of book demand degree is used as evidence, and uses the basic probability distribution value to reduce uncertainty priority evaluation of expert. Finally, a new algorithm of evidence combining is proposed and used to complete the synthesis priority evaluation.
