This paper introduces and evaluates the process of the digital files in digital library, and illustrates some advanced flow charts based on Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications digital files operation system. At last, some problems need pay more attentions to be presented.
As the basic platform to show digital library to readers, the information portal has the resource integration ability and the customized service function, and can provide the capacity of rapid information search and unified entrance to readers. Based on the definitions of FRBR and tree of data structure, the author establishes a FRBR-tree model, and describes how to store the model in computer. At last, through the analysis and examples it is showed that the model is efficient and feasible.

According this situation, Ontology annotation technology is used to describe the information in Website or information database to improve the recall factor. This paper proposes, a 2-tuple linguistic model of information retrieval. The model has three components: the documents, the query and the retrieval mechanism. This paper presentes a new hybrid classifier based on the combination of rough set theory and RBF neural network. Experimental results show that the algorithm Rough-RBF is effective for the texts classification, and has the better performance in classification precision, stability and fault-tolerance comparing with the traditional classification methods, Bayesian classifiers SVM and kNN, especially for the complex classification problems with many feature vectors.
