After introducing the background of the NSTL Service Integration System Embedded in Information Institutions, this paper proposes the design scheme, architecture and main functions of the system, and then discusses the key technologies for the implementation of the system with respect to the resources integration, the services integration and the distributed knowledge bases management. Finally, the paper briefly reports the application of the system in a library.
According to the implementation of the NSTL Service Integration System embedded in Information Institutions, this paper introduces the methods of system interoperability and results merging during integration, and discusses the related technologies in the methods. Finally, the paper presents the test results of the system performance. The practice shows that the methods are feasible.

It summaries the existing problems of Folksonomy-based user profile and illumination for digital library of the university.
According to the international standard of ISO 27001, this paper proposes a general assessment model based on fuzzy mathematics, threat scene creation, CVSS and risk matrix. The model estimates the asset value, threat level and vulnerability level respectively, and then calculates the risk total value of the digital library. In the end, the authors give an example research according to the model. The result proves its rationality and feasibility.
Based on the analysis of the existing ranking methods of B collection of disjoint literature-based discovery, this paper proposes literature cohesion-based ranking method according to the co-occurrence theory and the subject relative degree. Then, an experiment is conducted comparing with one of Swanson’s former discoveries. The size of B and the occurrence of the target terms and target relations are explored to evaluate the effect on B of the two methods including the literature cohesion-based weight and the inverse document frequency-based weight. The results of the experiment indicate that the literature cohesion-based ranking method can improve the quality of B and enhance efficiency of discovery accordingly.
A new analytic method for study on disciplines’ knowledge exchange from a perspective of journal citation networks is given. Using the method, the authors empirically research the knowledge exchange of international library and information science.The results show that some journals are main disciplines’ knowledge sources and exchange center, such as 《J AM SOC INF SCI TEC》. Some journal have a strong influence and control ability on the discipline’s knowledge exchange as main knowledge source. The “Invisible College” of journals in international library and information science does exist objectively. This “Invisible College” has four main schools:information science, library science, communication and information system. Moreover, the core-periphery structure is clear as the core of disciplines’ knowledge exchange. Scientometrics and information management are the core and the frontier of disciplines’ knowledge.
This paper mainly introduces search engine optimizing strategy based on keywords and puts forward a series of evaluation standards to evaluate the efficiency of the optimization. In order to prove the effectiveness of this optimizing method, the authors design an experiment combining with an instance of a website, and use some useful network optimizing tools to follow the optimizing affection data. The result shows that, with puting optimizing in to the website with measured strokes, the result when people use the specific keywords to search the website’s place in the search engine is improved, and then can lead to higher page views.

The paper focuses on the features, implementation process and the localization process of the PKP harvester2.
