Abstract  

Chemical Online Information Service System is based on the Worldgroup platform with Windows and DOS version in client,it provide news browse,database access,bulletin,e mail,forum and Internet services,and it s security,easy to use,cost saving.there are over 10 sub systems around the country until now.
