Thoughts on Building Internet Information Navigation Database of the Key Disciplines

This paper discusses the necessity of building Internet information navigation database of the key disciplines,the scope of collecting information and the technical enviroment for the database. Meanwhile, the paper  gives a design of the database and points out some problems to be solved.
