On  Legal  Protection  of  Intellectual  Property  Rights  Under New  Information  Technology  Conditions

Abstract  

The  rapid  development  of  information  technology  brings  about  some  new  legal  protection  questions  of  intellectual  property  rights  such  as  database,computer  software,multi-media production and  network  information.  This  paper  analyses  their  work  rights,protection  period,reasonable  copy  and  illegal  use  etc . and  puts  forward  some  conter-measures  which  should be  taken.
