A Design and Implementation of Electronic Readingroom Management System in Digital Age

The paper discusses the designing goal, applying theory, key technology and implementation of the electronic readingroom management system in digital age.The system which based on the multi-tier structure encapsulates the network and database operations with OO technology.It can make the readingroom be monitored easily in realtime way and the informations such like users/administors,facilities,services,charging etc. be managed efficiently.
