The Application of Digital Registry on E-prints

This article first make a simply introduction about E-prints and digital registry, then on the base of introduction, the author introduces the application of digital registry on E-prints, discusses the effect that applying MARC and DC to digital registry in E\|prints. At the end, the author gives some points of views on how to select the mode of digital registry and quality control.
