CSSCI System is regarded as one of the important methods on evaluating research level and integrated strength of social science. It has received solid approbation after appearance with its influence amplifying day by day. Meanwhile, short-message platform is founded considering aggrandizing service channels and meeting users’needs. This paper analyzes the reason why we choose ISAPI as solution by the comparison between ISAPI and common B/S schema, and finally gives the realization and explains how to provide service including information retrieval and dispatch to users.
