Design and Implementation of an Ontology-based Knowledge Management System for Digital Library

Abstract  

After summarizing four advantages of developing a ontologybased KMS, this paper states the total analysis, then design the skeleton of this system and the detailed consideration for each module. Authors discuss how to implement each main modules with the help of Jena Tool Kit in detail, and the key points of semantic web technology are also given. At last, the deficiency of the system and sequent tasks are put forward.
