The Idea and Implementation of RSS-Based Individual Information Service of Information Portal

The user often can not find the useful information efficiently in internet.Aiming at this problem,this paper introduces an information service system combining with RSS technology which integrates information collection and keywords-based push.By using the system,the user can obtain individual subscription service and initiative service.
