Abstract  

The paper discusses the idea and technique of knowledge management to human intelligence network. With the demand of competitive intelligence, The author brings forward principles, methods, structure, process of human intelligence network construction based on KM . And then the author expounds model establishment, knowledge organization, knowledge acquirement of building human intelligence network.
