Design and Implementation of Experimental System of the Human Intelligence Network Based on KM

Abstract  

In order to achieve automatization of human intelligence network construction based on KM,the author designs the function and framework of experimental system of the human intelligence network. And then the anthor expounds the implementation of knowledge acquirement subsystem, knowledge research subsystem, network management subsystem, network visualization subsystem with relative technology and tool.
