Ajax Technology and Its Application in Digital Libraries

In view of the problems existing in the traditional bibliography search,this paper briefly introduces the working principles and the aspects in favor of digital library of Ajax,studies the technical characteristics of Ajax,and reconstructs the bibliography search using the auto-completion and instant search function of Ajax,enhances the recall ratio and precision ratio as well as convenience and trustiness,improves the users’ experience. Taking the library in Nanjing Army Command College as an example, this paper expatiates the realizing process of new bibliography search.
