The Application of Patent’s Network Analysis in Technology Roadmap

Firstly, this paper gives a brief introduction about technology roadmap and analyses the disadvantage in making it. Then the authors propose the thinking of introducing patent network analysis to technology roodmap. Furthermore, it illustrates how to carry out a patent net analysis and the benefits. Finally, this paper uses Pajek to make a network analysis practice about the USA’s patents.
