Theoretical and Comparative Study on XML Retrieval System |

Abstract This paper discusses the difference between XML retrieval and traditional information retrieval, the aims and tasks of XML retrieval and the key problems of the research on XML retrieval system. Then the paper introduces and carries on a comparative research on some typical XML retrieval system.
