The Analysis on Functional Mechanism of TheBrain

Abstract  TheBrain is a kind of mind mapping software which is able to organize thought and knowledge information dynamically and represents the information visually. This paper analyzes some functional mechanism of TheBrain on the basis of expounding its construction principle, works structure, features and knowledge model, such as the organization and retrieval of knowledge and information,importing and exporting of mind mappings, Web publishing and sharing, creating cooperation etc. It also analyzes its applications in project management and constructs a mapping works based on TheBrain’s blog articles in order to provide a reference to achieve innovation for the researchers.
