Abstract This article implements a visualization exploration and research of relation discovery based on linked data. The authors investigate current RDF visualization tools and compare them in multiple views, choose kinds of biomedical datasets to construct biomedical linked data and apply RelFinder to implement a biomedical semantic relation discovery system. At last, the insufficiency of this system and the future research direction are discussed.
