Standard Control of Digitizing Documents with Ethnic Languages

Abstract  

Digitizing documents with ethnic languages is an important part of digital library development in China.This article analyzes how to control digitizing documents with ethnic languages in standard.It also puts forward some proposal to digitize the documents with ethnic languages under network surroundings.
