This paper describes a large computer networking project,called NCFC (The national Computing and networking Facility of China) including its construct,operations and usage .It also gives a brief introduction about Internet which is the largest computer network in the world. And NCFC had connected into Internet.Finally,the author gives some ideas about building China Internet.
