Implementation and Application of an XQuery Processor Based on Free Component of AltovaXML

Abstract  

This paper discusses a solution for XQuery processor based on free component and free developing tool.Firstly,this paper introduces the installation,functions and application of the free component AltovaXML in XML application, describes the functions,technical essences and realized codes of a generalpurpose XQuery processor using free developing tool Visual C# 2005 Express and AltovaXML component, and gives several application instances using the XQuery processor realized in this paper to search online RSS information.
