Study on Library Service Quality Evaluation Method Based on LibQUAL+TM and It’s Practice Analysis |

Abstract To achieve good services, libraries should find out how users think about library services and what they want those services to be. From March 2004, Tsinghua University Library started a project based on LibQUAL+TM of the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). In this paper, we present a whole practice process of library service quality survey in Tsinghua University Library, and discuss the evaluation method with result analysis in detail.
