For rights management and process management, the article analyses the factors in a digital preservation agreement, discusses libraries’ rights to preserve and publishers’ restrictions for preserved resources, explores the principles, policies, and administrative requirements of a reliable preservation management, and outlines a framework for such an agreement.
This paper analyzes various types of digital resources, and proposes an integration of different types of digital resources. An integration and services platform is designed, and the details on the mechanism of its realization and workflow are introduced in this paper. At the same time, various support services which provided by the platform are discribed. Then technology implementation of the platform is provided such as Ajax and WebService technology. The visualization of resource management system facilitates the management operations for administrator and shows a good user experience.

In view of the problem that recommendation quality is seriously influenced by the sparsity of user ratings,an improved Item-based collaborative filtering algorithm based on compound weighted rating is proposed. The union of user rating items is used as the basis of similarity computing among items, moreover a compound weighted rating method is proposed to compute and complete the missing values in the union of user rating items for decreasing the sparsity. The experimental results show that the new algorithm can efficiently improve recommendation quality.

Firstly, the mathematical model of multiple service window loss system (M/M/n/n) is realized and established based on the queuing theory used in the digital documents serving system of library.
