In this paper, we discuss about DRM technology and DRM solutions for digital audio/video service. First, we give an overview of DRM technology. Then we analyze two typical DRM solutions for digital audio/video service in detail. At the end, we discuss some key issues about their application briefly.

Digital library needs knowledge architecture to achieve its knowledge service really. Digital library’s knowledge architecture takes knowledge element as the element and take knowledge element linking as the pivot. It includes extracting knowledge elements from document information and then indexing them, building knowledge element warehouse and knowledge warehouse, and setting up the knowledge grid platform of digital library. In that, grid technology provides great strength to support digital library’s knowledge architecture.

Information Retrieval (IR) on the Web is the automatic retrieval of all relevant documents, the same as resource finding of intended Web documents, while the same time retrieves as few of the non-relevant as possible. Web IR has become very popular and favorite at present. It concentrates on the using traditional text IR methods in the Internet, as well as the properties of Web graph. This research focuses on how to effectively and broadly get relevant Web pages and contents, filter Web pages and assign proper labels for them. Accurate finding user-specific information in the Web is very difficult. And traditional Web search engines take a query as input and produce a set of (hopefully) relevant pages that match the query terms. While useful in many circumstances, search engines have the disadvantage that users have to formulate queries that specify their information need, which is prone to errors. Based on the discussion of Page Rank, HITS and similarity between Web texts, some new algorithms called RG-HITS (Resemblance Graph-HITS) for finding relevant documents on the Web are introduced.

he method of content-based image retrieval is now a key technology to effectively query a mass of image materials. In this paper, a lot research work has been done around four points: how to abstract low-level feature of vision, how to index in high-dimensional, how to adjust similarity measure norm and use relevant feedback technique. An index method of abstract the color-feature and feature vectors is proposed, discuss the construction and editor program of system, and the operating of data model and testing of system. Experiment shows that the method could increase index accuracy and efficiency.
