  The paper gives an introduction about integrating some functions of Open Knowledge Organization System (OpenKOS) in CAS OpenIR,including the implementation and application of subject indexing for the metadata of production of knowledge, and DDC clustering of search results through calling the Web service of OpenKOS. The system basically achieves the initial goal that indexing and classifying digital resources automatically with the conventional knowledge organization ways.

  Aiming at random walk with restart recommendation algorithm mainly for implicit ratings while ignoring explicit ratings, this paper sets random walk under supervision to make recommendation, that makes the probabilities of items which user likes are greater than those of items which user dislikes. Experiment result demonstrates that this algorithm improves the accuracy of recommendation.

  Aiming at the disadvantages existing in the marine ecology knowledge sharing, this paper proposes an Ontology-based marine ecological knowledge management model. It analyzes the domain knowledge representation, sharing, management and application of marine ecology by the role theory and Ontology construction method, then a heavy-weight marine ecology Ontology is built using Hozo. Based on the Ontology, an optimized information retrieval system named OASIS is developed to test and verify the method. Experimental results show that the method can effectively solve the problems in marine ecology knowledge sharing, and has advantages in information retrieval and semantic reasoning.

  Based on the analysis of text categorization and the theory of Formal Concept Analysis(FCA),this paper elaborates the text categorization method of using FCA according to the medical field text characteristics.It uses Classification of Chinese to construct the formal context, and generates concept lattices, which are used to classify the medical field text and make classification effect close to artificial classification.This paper explores a new approach based on FCA for medical text categorization.

  Combining theory with practice, this paper compares the methods and tools for lemmatization in word normalization. It summarizes the categories of lemmatization methods and analyses their features and disadvantages. Then it separately compares seven tools from aspects as the principle, POS tagger, lexicon, programming language, language, spell checker.It takes experiments with the datasets from WordSimith Tools to evaluate five lemmatizers. By comparing the results, it finds that the Specialist NLP Tools has a better effect than others.This paper provides an assistance for the study in choosing the appropriate method and tool for lemmatization.

  Aiming at the difficulty of project features expression,this paper brings forward to extract and represent it with vague sets theory.Then similar item is clustered to predict missing evaluation values of item, thus eliminating the sparsity problem of collaborative filtering recommendation. Based on the predicted rating matrix,similar users are clustered,and collaborative filtering recommendation is implemented in the space of item cluster to give more targeted recommendation. Evaluation results show that the proposed method is more effective both in the accuracy and in relevance of recommendations.

  The architecture of the multilingual information resource scheduling system under semantic grid environment is presented, and a colored timed Petri net for multilingual information resource scheduling system under semantic grid environment is constructed. The computational formulas of fulfillment rate of all kind of requests by user and complete finishing rate of scheduling system are given, and the feasibility and effectiveness of all kind of request by user and scheduling system are analyzed using reachable scheduling graph. The example and simulation give the effective scheduling process and turnaround time. The results show that the proposed model which is feasible and effective, not only intuitively describes the flow of multilingual information resource scheduling but also analyzes its performance by mathematical method.

  According to the characteristics of Chinese short texts, a method of feature extension is introduced to help text classification. Firstly, related concepts are extracted from Wikipedia and concept associativity is calculated based on the combination of statistical laws and categories. Then the semantic related concept sets are built to extend the eigenvector of short text in order to supply its semantic features. The contrast experiment shows that the algorithm of short text classification based on Wikipedia can get a better classified effect.

  This paper introduces the traditional social-welfare game model into the BA scale-free network to find out the relationship between the model and the evolutionary process of the public opinion. Taking into account of the study and imitative behaviors to the other gamers in the information structure, it carries on the simulation experiment, and gets the conclusion that small-world effects have positive impact on the information communication and gambling result, so it is a useful tool for government, while propagation speed and the opportunity when the government should control the public opinion are cooperated to influence the information dissemination. In a word, it is not that the earlier the government steps in, the better result we can see.

  Based on TAM, TOE and the empirical practices of Mobile Electronic Tax (MT) in cities, this paper brings up the enterprise adoption model of MT. Through the questionnaire survey in enterprises of Wuhan and Nanjing, the conclusions indicate that government pressure, perceived ease of use, market competition pressure, HR devotion, TPL promote, perception of useful and IT infrastructure have great influence on enterprise adoption. Finally,several proposals for improving enterprise awareness and adoption of MT are provided.

  This paper designs and implements a personalized e-book purchasing recommendation system based on the circulation log records of OPAC system, which including three models such as readers’ purchasing recommendation, personalized e-book purchasing recommendation, and purchasing recommendation management & information pushing. The system can send the e-book bibliographic data corresponding to readers’ professional background to MyLibrary of the OPACs for readers to recommend purchasing of e-books. The system can not only be used to the purchasing recommendation of electronic books, but also to that of the traditional printed books and many other broad fields such as new book recommendation service.

  Aiming at the increasing of disputes in books borrowing, this paper introduces an on-screen display system based on STC12C4052 and MAX7456. After borrowing process, this system extracts information from borrowing log, adding the information to surveillance video signals. This circuit is applied, the result shows that this system is credible and stable,and it can provide information to resolve the disputes in the best way.
