    Xia Cuijuan, Zhang Yan
    2012, 28 (5): 16-25.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.05.03
The mobile reading environment and user requirements change very quickly, and the existing mobile Web standards such as WAP, WML, XHTML-MP are not accustomed to the mobile Web development, as well as the content, service model and application architecture of libraries' mobile reading service within the framework of old mobile Web standards are in the difficult position. To deal with the above problems, the new Web standards HTML5 and CSS3 with their new features and functionality are analyzed and the conclusion is that the new standards provide a chance to improve the libraries' mobile reading services, considering they can not only lead a huge response in the industry and the field of digital publishing, but also overwhelmingly change the user requirements.

    Xue Jianwu, Bai Yi
    2012, 28 (5): 26-31.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.05.04
This paper analyzes the similarity between Ontology structure and object-oriented data model, and constructs Ontology topology structure when stores Ontology in object-oriented database. Then it puts forward a method of transforming Ontology to object-oriented data model, and designs the storage class of Ontology topology structure. The Ontology topology structure stores Ontology concepts in core class and stores the complex relation of Ontology in relationship class to keep the network information of Ontology dynamically and integrally. Finally, the storage of Ontology topology structure is verified through aviation weapon suspension launch equipment examples.

The Matching Algorithm of Heterogeneous User Personalized Profile Based on Centripetal Spreading Weighted XML Model
    Li Shuqing, Liu Xiaoqian
    2012, 28 (5): 32-40.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.05.05
This paper introduces an automatic construction method for domain Ontology implemented by words co-occurrence analysis in both document and citation. This Ontology adopts weighted XML model and uses weight in concepts and their relationship to express the difference of users' interest effectively, which can improve the ability of expressing users' interest and their relationship with centripetal weight spreading activation strategy in order to explore more valuable users' interest. Meantime, this paper also discusses how to use this Ontology to transform heterogeneous user personalized profile to consistent comparable model with the broken-and-reconstruction strategy, and how to match corresponding heterogeneous user personalized profile in detail. Finally, the result of correlative tests and experiments are concluded.

Study on Semantic Markup of Species Description Text in Chinese Based on Auto-learning Rules
Duan Yufeng, Hei Zhenzhen, Ju Fei, Cui Hong
    2012, 28 (5): 41-47.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.05.06
This paper uses the algorithm of auto-learning rules combining with leading words to implement the semantic markup of species description text in Chinese with the data set of 1 000 documents collected from Flora of China randomly. Experimental results indicate that the whole markup efficiency (the values of F) of rule-based algorithm, which is designed by the study, generally reaches 0.930, and most elements are in the range of 0.724-0.964. Therefore, this algorithm is better than Naive Bayesian categorization algorithm, and it is also proved that leading words are positive for optimizing the algorithm.

    Zhang Jinzhu
    2012, 28 (5): 65-69.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.05.10
Based on the data comes from 12 journals between 2000-2009 which contains 7 389 different authors, this paper computes the degree, betweenness centrality and K-shell and makes a comparative analysis. The results show that K-shell does better in identification of influential spreaders in co-author network. This method can be also used in co-citation network and coupling network for identification of influential spreaders.
