10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.03
Abstract
The paper firstly clarifies the meaning and significant of answer format regulation in knowledge base of collaborative virtual reference system of Shanghai Library, then makes an investigation of relative papers and practical situations home and abroad. It expounds the general thoughts on the answer format of that knowledge base from three levels, including defining format problem, establishing format standards, implementing and optimizing format standards. It also clarifies the existing problems by investigating the answer format situation, then formulates the standard, designs and realizes a toolbar plugin to optimize the answer format of that knowledge base.

QA System Design and Implementation in Collaborative Virtual Reference Service
Yao Zhanlei, Guo Jinlong, Xu Xin
2012,
(9): 15-22. DOI:
10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.04
Abstract
Taking huge amounts of QA records as study objects, the paper proposes a question classification method combining theme and categorization to form a basic framework for QA knowledge base. In this framework, knowledge records are divided into frequently used ones and non-frequently used ones, and an automatic question answering system is constructed. Experiments show that the new classification method can balance the distribution of QA knowledge, and help to improve the efficiency of the QA system.

Study on the Application of Complex Network Theory in Chinese Text Feature Selection
Zhao Hui, Liu Huailiang, Fan Yunjie
2012,
(9): 23-28. DOI:
10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.05
Abstract
This paper proposes a feature selection method based on complex network. The weighted complex network of text is built to represent the semantic relations between words and text structure. The weighted degree, weighted clustering coefficient and betweenness are considered in the characteristics calculation of network nodes, the key words which can reflect the theme of the text are selected by the synthetic characteristics of network nodes. A Chinese text feature selection algorithm based on complex network is proposed and verified. The results of experiments show that the method proposed in this paper can get a better effect on the performance of text classification.

Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Mobile Search
Wang Jimin, Lilei Mingzi, Wang Mingxing
2012,
(9): 29-35. DOI:
10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.06
Abstract
Based on research papers indexed by Web of Science, EI and CNKI on mobile search, this paper firstly extracts the high-frequency keywords and authors, then analyzes the research focus, sub-fields and the outstanding research teams in China and abroad using the methods of statistical analysis, bibliometrics, social network analysis etc. The further knowledge mapping results shows that studies of mobile search in China and abroad start almost simultaneously. Studies abroad are deeper, contain more sub-fields and more productive research groups, while studies in China still mainly focus on the conceptual introduction, and few research teams is stable and outstanding.

A Case Study of Semantic Annotation with Multi-Ontology by Upper-level Ontology Unitive Control
Mi Yang, Cao Jindan
2012,
(9): 36-41. DOI:
10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.07
Abstract
The paper takes upper-level Ontology as the core technology, integrates domain Ontologies by upper-level Ontology unitive control, and annotates information semantically by integration Ontology with tools like Prot間? and GATE for empirical research. It integrates the Nasal Inflammation Disease Ontology and National Essential Drugs Ontology as one Ontology to annotate the Electronic Medical Record information resources, and the semantic annotation library can be saved as XML format. This research provides empirical evidence for semantic annotation schema with integration Ontology using upper-level Ontology unitive control, and the annotated resources can match the Ontology element in semantic retrieval so as to realize the semantic applications like knowledge discovery.

Research on the Dynamic Construction Method of SNS Network Learning Community Based on Interest
Wang Dandan, Ma Wenhu, Liu Youhua
2012,
(9): 42-48. DOI:
10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.08
Abstract
This paper puts forward a model and a conceptual framework of network learning community based on SNS, proposes a dynamic construction method, and implements a secondary development for the open source code “SpaceBuilder”. The same-interest students are dynamically divided into the same community group through mining and analyzing students’ learning data by SSIS and SSAS. It provides a good interactive environment for students’ cooperation study, and also solves the problem of “lonely” students in the process of network learning.

Research on Enterprise Competitiveness Factor Analysis Combining Semantic Clustering
Zhang Yufeng, He Chao, Wang Zhifang, Zhou Lei
2012,
(9): 49-55. DOI:
10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.09
Abstract
This paper integrates clustering into the exploration and discovery of enterprise competitiveness factors, then proposes a semantic-based comprehensive hierarchical clustering analysis method according to the software enterprise domain Ontology constructed by the research team. This method fuses Ontology and clustering technologies, brings forth new ideas for the clustering analysis method based on domain Ontology, that is Onto-kmeans, and achieves the analysis and acquisition of enterprise competitiveness factors at semantic level. The experimental results indicate that this method can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of clustering analysis, effectively mine and obtain global factors influencing the competitiveness of software enterprise, identify and verify the major factors.

A Study on Users’ Collaborative Information Seeking Behavior and System Evaluation——A Perspective of Tasks and Collaborative Abilities
Qiu Jin, Wu Dan
2012,
(9): 62-68. DOI:
10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.09.11
Abstract
Several data collection methods such as log analysis, semi-structured interview, questionnaires and data analysis methods such as mathematical statistics, content analysis are adopted in an experiment and its result analysis of users’ collaborative information search on the Coagmento system. The results show that tasks and collaborative abilities do have impacts on users’ collaborative information seeking behaviors. Collaborative abilities have influence on the behavior of “Recommend”, while tasks have influence on the behaviors of “Webpage”, “Search”, and “Image”. The participants with higher collaborative abilities get better retrieval effectiveness than those with lower collaborative abilities in the experiment. Therefore, collaborative information retrieval system is more suitable for users with strong collaborative abilities to collaborate on complex tasks.
