    Lu Yonghe, He Xinyu
    2012, (12): 39-44.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.12.08
This paper introduces Gaussian Template and Sharpen Gaussian Template in computer image processing technology and summarizes main ideas of text feature weight adjustment, then proposes a text feature weight adjustment methodology based on Sharpen Gaussian Template. With corpus of Sogou Lab Data, KNN classifier and Class-center classifier, this methodology is experimented by Macro-averaging F-measures. The experimental result shows that the KNN classifier with this methodology performs better than the traditional method. However,Class-center classifier with this methodology has no significant improvement.

Design and Establishment of Legal Status Distributed Collection System Based on Patent Analysis
Wu Hong, Wang Fengying, Fu Xiuying
    2012, (12): 66-71.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.12.12
Aiming at the contradictions that patent analysis has enormous demands for legal status, while legal status is acquired singly, the paper designs and realizes a legal status information collection system. The system adopts the distributed framework, which conducts searches by multiple machines, and overcomes the unbalanced process distribution by consistent hashing algorithms as well as visual client nodes. Besides, using identification of Web pages technology, it is able to acquire patent information that includes legal status in a batch, economic, quickly process. It also presents a solution to the information acquiring bottleneck problem in today’s patent status analysis. The application example shows that combining patent analysis with legal status makes the analysis results more comprehensive, objective, multiple and specific.

Research on Ontology-based Personalized Recommendation Method for Library Resources
    Wang Yingzi
    2012, (12): 72-78.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.12.13
The huge increase of library resources makes users’ cost of accessing valuable knowledge becoming much higher. For this problem, the paper proposes a hybrid recommendation method for library resources, which adopts semantic technologies to describe library resources and borrowers, establishes the association between user preferences and library resource features. Through query modification, rule-based and case-based inference, the method realizes personalized recommendation. Meanwhile, some auxiliary recommendation approaches are integrated. The recommendation process can be analyzed and optimized according to users’ feedback. Additionally, this method reduces the “new user” and “new item” problems in traditional collaborative filtering method to a certain extent. Experimental results show that the proposed method can enhance the hit rate.

Research of a Collaborative Filtering Algorithm Based on Harmony Search
    Wang Huaqiu
    2012, (12): 79-84.  DOI: 10.11925/infotech.1003-3513.2012.12.14
The traditional similarity algorithm of collaborative filteringis modified in this paper. In order to find an optimal similarity function, the paper presents harmony search algorithm with parameters optimization to find the optimal weights vector of similarity function. To improve the speed of recommendation, harmony search algorithm is no longer used for the calculation of the recommendation after finding the optimal similarity function. The validation experiments show that the proposed algorithm improves prediction accuracy and coverage so as to provide better recommendation. And the proposed algorithm can more quickly obtain the nearest neighbor users of the target user, which can accelerate the recommended speed.
