The paper analyzes several systems and selects six of them which are more compatible to the OAIS model and have common characteristics of digital preservation systems. We discuss in details about the origin and implementation of these systems, and also investigate the technical methods and consideration on system design and implementation, especially the ones that instantiate the OAIS model. We summarize the common and regular characteristics in system design and implementation, and provide useful references for future development.
Aimming at the limitations of content analysis method under the network environment, the article puts forward a new research thought of content analysis method integrated with Ontology. It discusses basic thinking and feasibility of project. Then paper probes into the whole architecture and function and operation process of Ontology-based content analysis system, and introduces key technique and running condition of system implementation. Finally, a simulative system for Ontologybased content analysis is built associating with the instances.

Information handled by companies and institutions is usually distributed, which is stored in databases in different places or kept in archives of different types. In order to extract implicit knowledge from the information resource, databases and archives have to be explored. When the useful knowledge slice is found, the knowledge segment still needs to be integrated to obtain a general overview. A kind of Knowledge Integrated System based on Topic maps (TMKIS) is developed to integrate the specification of ontology, the way of storage, auto-extraction, validation and navigation for information resource. According to the technology of Topic maps, heterogeneous information resource is handled by TMKIS and the integration of heterogeneous knowledge is achieved.

At the same time, this paper discusses the operation of quality evaluation for periodical Websites based on the analytical hierarchy process.

Based on the collection of the primary impact factors of the electronic resources evaluation indicators involved, an investigation on the importance and the acquirability of impact factors of the electronic resources evaluation is made through expert survey questionnaires from the 211 project university libraries, applied grey theory and method to information grey statistic and analysis to work out a set of comprehensive significant impact factors. An appropriate indicators system of the electronic resources evaluation is proposed upon the above-mentioned results.
