This paper discusses the design thoughts and choices of Chinese Digital Object Identifier technology specifications, realization route, maintenance mechanism, etc in construction of CDOI of National Library of China, and overviews main points of CDOI specification.
In order to improve the performance of Folksonomy, the authors study how to find out the relations between Tags. A method of mining semantic relations, based on the folk-tagging and extensions of concepts, is proposed in this paper. An experiment on the data set of del.icio.us is also conducted, and it indicates that the method is practicable, but more improvement is needed.
This paper introduces the concept and the research domain of data provenance, explains the relationship between data provenance and scientific workflow, and makes a brief analysis and comparison of several existing data provenance models. Then, by borrowing the knowledge on biological informatics, a data provenance model is proposed which is based on the double-helical structure of DNA.

This paper analyzes three kinds of multi-keywords weighted metasearching methods which are reported at home and abroad,points out the problem of neglecting the words order which exists in previous methods.This study puts forward multi-keywords synthesizing weighted method which combines the words order feature,and improves the current methods.The paper also studies the results fusion based on the D-S theory.The experiment indicates that the method proposed in this paper can improve retrieval performance obviously.
Based on analyzing the factors which influence the trust of a buyer to a seller, an integrated trust model is proposed. The trust value has two options, which are initial trust and repeat trust. The computation methods for these two kinds of trust are given. Lastly, a case is studied by using these evaluation methods, and the direction for further research is pointed out.

Concerning on the unitary index and complicated calculation process in library resource estimate and making use of JSP, VB, the authors design a set of resource evaluating system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The experiment indicates that it can evaluate the resource fleetly and accurately by interposed index, support the changes of index and parameter and have certain flexibility.
This paper describes automatic Chinese news Web pages classification by using news title based on tf-idf weighting scheme, and constructs correlation degree of news title which determines appropriate category for each news Web page. The performance of this proposed method is evaluated in terms of top one score, top two score, and top three score. The experimental evaluation demonstrates that improved tf-idf weighting scheme with categories provides high accuracy with the classification of Chinese news Web pages.
This paper firstly analyzes the actuality and problems of SSO research work using the credential library and proposes a model to implement SSO for library portal. And then it analyzes and compares common SSO mechanisms which are being deployed for Web applications at present. It designs the architecture of a credential-based SSO system, and introduces the principle of credential library, credential manager and users mapping mechanism. Finally, a prototype system of credential-based SSO is designed.
