This paper gives a comprehensive description of the Contextualized Attention Metadata(CAM) abroad, including the relative theories, collection methods, application fields and privacy protection of CAM. This paper also gives some suggestions about CAM research in the future.
The context of OTCSS (OntoThesaurus Co-constructing and Sharing System ) and the significance of terminology service with OntoThesaurus are introduced firstly. Then the methods of implementing retrieval to OntoThesaurus are expounded, and the typical application scenarios of OntoThesaurus-TS are illustrated. Finally the further study plan for OntoThesaurus-TS is presented according to the current international trends of TS.
In this paper, the authors introduce how to integrate the information of ARP in Chinese Academy of Sciences with institutional repository based on DSpace. It includes an export tool which can export different types of data such as journal paper, conference paper, books, thesis and so on, from ARP into Excel and a Web tool based on Browser/Server which imports Excel files into DSpace. In the end, the authors introduce how to customize the input form and display form according to different types of documentation.

Based on the analysis of knowledge sharing process and community member types in Wiki community, Bandura’s social cognitive theory is employed to discuss the factors influencing knowledge sharing behavior from the aspects of both Wiki community environment and personal cognition of community members. Strategies that stimulate knowledge sharing behavior are also proposed, which are of great importance to promote the health and sustainable development of Wiki community.

Based on analying the existing trust models, this paper presents an improved trust model which imports the affair factor and articulates trust by experience and a series of functions. The new model can provide foundation for cooperation and security decision-making. Then the interval of trust value is widened and the methods of the entities cognizance are added. These make trust value continued. All these special opinions make trust management more effective.
A design framework about Just-In-Time Information Retrieval (JITIR) is proposed based on cooperation of multi aspect, including cooperation of DM and KDD, cooperation of agents, cooperation of vectors respectively. In this framework, the buffer knowledge database is added to and communication of agents is paid attention to, at the same time the interesting vector and outcome vector are also used. After analyzing the framework, the authors conclude that precision can be improved.
In view of problems existing in the current quality assurance mechanism of Web service, which just involves general attributes, this paper, based on considering the fields concerned attributes, constructs a Web service Ontology through expanding the OWL-S Ontology and providing detailed descriptions of classes and contributes，defines the Web service more accurately, and achieves the goal of improving mechanism of evaluating the Web service quality.
This paper introduces the concept of the host guest, construction principle and construction process of knowledge-map. It analyzes the construction of periodical K-Map, and specially, a periodical knowledge map of management is set up with the CSSCI (2006) database.

Based on the brief introduction to the theory, development and application of Technology Acceptance Model, this paper aims to take an empirical study on the user behaviors in government portal website. By putting forward the research model and 13 hypotheses, this paper examines the hypotheses by means of the questionnaire and deliberate data analysis, and then explains the results in detail.
On the basis of analyzing the common load balancing technologies, this article has suggested a kind of designing scheme of the Web service load balancing system based on HTTP redirection technology. This scheme has solved a problem that the load balancing system based on HTTP redirection technology has no way to know the applicability and performance of the Web servers, and make it possible that the Web service load balancing system can be pragmatic.
As a dynamic linking technology, OpenURL is introduced and the main features are analysed, which has realized context-sensitive linking.The authors find that the ContextObject extensibility mechanism is introduced to version 1.0 of OpenURL and the content limitations are overcome so that more formats and ways are used to represent and encode the data.In the end,the authors analyze innovative uses of OpenURL at the scholarly communication and other fields, search engines and browser plug-ins and so on.

This paper aims at improving media-based document delivery service efficiency. A Web-based document delivery system is developed on the platform of ASP. The system based on the reality of document delivery service in our library implements automation for both user and administrator. User’s functions include form submission, form result inquiry and download and user’s password change. while the administrator performed by responsible library staff, include the original text requiring for disposal, account information management and data inquiry. The application results show that the implemented system can effectively improve the delivery service efficiency in the library.
