This paper studies the consistency checking mechanism for OntoThesaurus. It is used in OTCSS (OntoThesaurus Co_construction and Sharing System) to realize the submission of amendment opinion, updating and global checking of OntoThesaurus, and works effectively.
The article selects different characteristics of the test data in the digital library of Fuzhou University to test the performance and resources occupancy of some data migration software. From the test results, we can demonstrate which migration tool is the most suitable for digital library resources maintenance, and further represent its performance curve. Meanwhile, some suggestions are made for the constructing of digital library resources.
Based on the analyzing the interfaces of 40 overseas online thesaurus, with the principles of accessibility, easiness and use-friendliness, the authors put forward some strategies about designing online thesaurus interfaces involving: building plentiful and overall first interface, constructing complete and easy searching functions, realizing multi-way view searching, consummating comprehensive web service items and displaying reasonable interface structures.
This paper makes further study on data needed by automatic construction for Chinese medicinal Ontology concept description architecture, reconstructs and uses recognized knowledge in Chinese medicine’s domain by theory and technology of NLP. The authors realize automatic construction and acquisition of Chinese medicine knowledge description architecture successfully. It revolves bottleneck problems of Ontology study effectively to lay the data base for Chinese knowledge’s dining and use. Untill now, this has been more ideal and applied method and its successful study would provide theory gist and technology support for professional domain Ontology’s automatic construction.

This paper analyses the actuality and introduces several different representative approaches of Chinese word segmentation, then brings out a character-position-based segmentation method which takes the Chinese character as the least unit.It indicates the probability distribution of a word through the probability distribution of Chinese character,so it plays much better than other approaches in unknown word recognition.This idea takes a machine-learning method called maximum entropy for implementation and two experiments for comparing and analyzing the results.
In this paper, a term context vector is used to represent the relation between a term and its context terms. Based on term context vectors, class feature vectors of a classifier, and the document vector of the document to be classified are generated, and then the document is classified. The experiment shows that adding term context relations into class feature vector and document vector can improve the classification effect.
According to the problem of how to research the complicated process of information communication, the author presents an information visualization-based method. After analyzing the essence of information communication, the features are selected for visualization and an ICV model of information communication is given. The author designs a prototype system for explaining the feasibility and the pragmatism in analyzing in enterprise decision-making and social problem. At last, some improvements are pointed out.
Based on the current research situation analysis of intelligent marketing system of domestic and foreign scholars, framework of knowledge-based intelligent marketing system is put forward. System framework includes four parts which are database, knowledge base, model base and user interface. The contents of database and the synergistic effect of rule base and knowledge reasoning in knowledge base are analyzed, and sales are predicted through system’s model base established by three-layer artificial neural network on the BP algorithm. Finally, the application effect of system is demonstrated.

In this text, the authors design a unite retrieval system under JDK and Tomcat environment based on Web page analysis. This system communicates with each system resource by Java socaket, can realize unite search and merge search records. This system is extensible and transplantable.
This research paper first analyzes the deficiency of OPAC system which is the subsystem of the library management system, then puts forward some advices for the improvement of the system, that is, to display location maps of library documents in OPAC system. The research paper takes the OPAC system made by Jiangsu Huiwen Software Company as an example, and focuses on the feasibility and processes of database construction, background bookshelf management and foreground bookshelf display. Related key techniques are analyzed and explained in detail in the research paper.
In order to accurately extract the information of E-mail, E-mail’s structure and content features are analyzed, and an E-mail pretreatment system based on structure of MIME mail is designed. Using block-treatment and feature identification methods, this system overcomes the shortcomings of informal style and filteres reply lines and advertising lines. The system finally realizes expectative goal of extracting E-mail information quickly and accurately.
The core of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of logistics system is to converse a series of membership degrees. However, existing conversion algorithms of membership degrees in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are questionable, because they can’t distinguish the useful or useless part from membership degrees of indexes. so the redundant data, which are useless to objective classification, are involved in calculation of membership degrees of the objective. In order to classify objects properly, index distinguishability weight, effective value and comparable value of index relative to samples are defined in this paper. Index distinguishability weight can be used as a filter, which can filter redundant data in membership degrees. A new algorithm for conversing membership degrees is given to assess service quality of information system.
