Against the restriction in Web service composition based on syntax, waging research on integration of Ontology of the Web services’ application domain in Web service composition based on syntax, results in a proposal of a Web service composition method based on Ontology, which accomplishes the purpose of intellegent integration of Web service resources on a semantic level by meeting the users’ need in terms of Web service’s function as well as Web service’s behavior.
This paper introduces a solution of implementing Ontology into collaboration of heterogeneous information systems, and presents an Ontology-based Knowledge Collaboration Model-OKCM which is the loose coupling model for Web information interoperation. This paper also describes the system architecture of OKCM and introduces the knowledge representation of the Ontology. It also introduces how to implement and maintain the knowledge collaboration based on the OKCM with the typical business collaboration flow of supply chain.
This paper introduces the problem of lexical knowledge discovery for information retrieval and provides the frame of lexical knowledge discovery. The authors pose the method of words’ definition extraction, synonym recognition, relevance words recognition, mutually exclusive words recognition. The work plays an important role for the semantic search.
The current quality and efficiencies of archive information retrieval exists some problem. Studying the Ontology method to apply to integrate and retrieval in the archive information, research on basic archive Ontology has been set according to the word phrase.
On the wide research of existing thesauri, Web service and knowledge organization technologies, according to the need of scientific monitor requirements, a multidisciplinary and multi-sources thesauri integration service framework is proposed. The core of the framework is knowledge organization tools system, which includes: thesauri transformation adaptor, thesauri RDFS formalism, concept merging tool and thesaurus based API.The semantic integration process and relation primitives are discussed in detail.

It emphasizes the ideal of Multi-MARC which construct the union mechanism to describe different type document and supprot KOS integrate with document information management system. For the problem of traditional search engine can’t get completed and updated copies of the whole Web in time, especially news and Weblog site with high update frequency, this paper designes a distributed news & Weblog search engine based on RSS syndicated data. Using the pastry protocol, distributed data could be stored and transferred smoothly. This paper also compresses index file with Bloom filter. So the news and Weblog site with high update frequency could be searched in time and the cost of storage could be reduced. The system has a bright future.
The user often can not find the useful information efficiently in internet．Aiming at this problem，this paper introduces an information service system combining with RSS technology which integrates information collection and keywords-based push．By using the system，the user can obtain individual subscription service and initiative service．
A simple method using statistics and rule is presented for mining Chinese new words in BBS texts automatically, in which we use such key technologies as Chinese segmentation, frequency statistics, speech pattern filter and a series of operations on word fragments. A system developed in this method can mine random context-insensitive new words in any length and in any field, of any kind.
By researching how to extract the topical contents in different kinds of templates of Web pages, this paper introduces a new extraction methodology based on DOM. The approach transforms HTML documents into DOM trees. According to the method, the topical contents are extracted and topic-unrelated content are deleted. The result of the approach represents the HTML document which only contains the topic information.
The application system for network worm detecting is designed, as well the prototype is constructed. The distributed structure is adopted to monitor the unknown worms at real-time, analyse the network stream, bring up the signature of worm spreading to identify that the unknown worms erupt in local network. This paper defines the agent of behaviors, which can influence and control the information system. Through categorizing the information behaviors of behavior agent and analyzing the basic elements of information behaviors, based on the study on the system threat model, a logical model of inspect over system information behaviors is presented, which makes the information behavior management, inspection and evaluation technically possible.
